Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Final sale items
- Digital products
- Medical or healthcare products, due to hygiene and safety reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment.
To request a cancellation, please email support@bluenationglobal.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
Blue Nation reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
